In recognition of the critical work it has been doing to support vulnerable communities during the pandemic, the Seattle Foundation COVID-19 Response Fund has awarded a $25,000 grant to Tukwila’s Still Waters.

The grant will be spent to sustain and strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations addressing a broad set of COVID-19 related needs within Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities in Tukwila.

“We are so thankful to those organizations and individual donors that have made these funds available through the Seattle Foundation to help us feed hungry kids,” Executive Director Jennifer McCoy said.
