Members of the Seattle Zion Church will come together – in accordance with social distancing/safety – to help battle the blood donation shortage amidst the COVID-19 pandemic:

Currently blood donations are in high demand and low in supply. This is due to the increased hospitalizations and restrictions caused by the pandemic.

We have taken the responsibility to increase advocacy for this issue and will donate as much as we can to meet blood donations quota for the continuous fight against COVID-19. We have seen the need for combined efforts during this time and we want to fill in every gap we can. On top of our own donations, we want to advocate through major social media platforms and encourage others to donate.

Organizers hope that you can recognize our organized efforts to bring light to our cause so we can further advance in fulfilling our goals and providing aid for blood donations statewide.

In the wake of COVID-19, Seattle Zion Church’s goal is to shed light on the world by fulfilling our communities’ needs. From Olympia to Seattle, we collaborate with organizations for the advancement in health, education, youth outreach, family and elderly relations, environmental protection, and advocating for those with disabilities and the homeless. While diligently working, we remain steadfast in God’s love and passion for serving others. As Seattle Zion Church, our backbone holding us up is to unite the communities that makeup Washington today.
