TUKWILA – The Tukwila School District announced that Ethelda Burke, a longtime administrator in the Tacoma School District, will become superintendent this summer.

TUKWILA – Tukwila’s Foster High School was closed and students sent home Thursday while police investigated a bomb threat.
A teacher found a piece of paper with a threatening message in a classroom at 11:15 a.m. Thursday.
