TUKWILA – A semi-truck accident on I-5 last night has resulted in the spillage of possibly hundreds of gallons of diesel fuel into the Duwamish River.
Clean-up workers have placed absorbent pads near a storm pipe that carried about 200 gallons of fuel when a truck jackknifed and two tanks were punctured.

Both the Green and Cedar Rivers were closed Saturday to all recreational use, due to raging waters from melting snow.
