TUKWILA – A car accident here has taken the life of one and left two others injured.
The victim’s car was driving southbound and the other vehicle northbound on Interurban Avenue South near South 135th Street, said Sgt. Mark Howie of the Tukwila Police Department.
According to police, the victim’s car crossed over the center line into the oncoming northbound lanes when it was struck by a Chevy Suburban.
The victim died at the scene. He was the only person in the car.
The occupants of the other vehicle were transported to the hospital in serious and critical conditions, said Howie.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
