TUKWILA – Nine new stores are moving into the Westfield Southcenter Mall beginning this summer, according to management.
The stores are:
- H&M
- Banana Republic
- Bare Escentuals
- Coach
- Love Culture
- Lucky Brand Jeans
- PINK
- Sephora
- White House | Black Market
The Tukwila mall is in the middle of a $240 million expansion. The grand opening is slated for the summer, but a date has not been set. Not all of the new stores will be ready to open in time for the grand opening.
The Southcenter H&M will be the largest of three in the region, with 25,000 square feet covering two floors. Two more are scheduled to open at University Village and in downtown Seattle.
The Swedish clothing company, short for Hennes & Mauritz, has been a big hit in other U.S. cities and in Europe.
PINK will be the first one in the Seattle area, according to Westfield. The store will sell Victoria’s Secret’s “PINK collection,” a line of pajamas, underwear and accessories targeted at 18- to 22-year-old women.
